We deliver products in all the following countries: mainland France (including Corsica), Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Switzerland.
Our -quite small- team does its best to get our products to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware of the fact that the orders placed on the website on Fridays after 1PM, Saturdays and Sundays will only be processed on the following Mondays.
Pre-orders are sent within one month following the purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We strive to provide you lingerie you will be thrilled with, and do our absolute best to make each and every customer happy with our products. However, we understand that sometimes you have to return something, and want to offer you the possibility to do so as simply as possible. You have a period of 15 days from the receipt date of the parcel to request an exchange or refund and send us the products back.
How, when and where to send the products back?
The products you would like to exchange must be returned to us in a suitable condition for re-selling (products in perfect condition, in their original packaging, complete (accessories, box, washable pouch, plastic covers ...)), with labels, in new condition, unworn, within 15 (fifteen) days at the latest after their reception date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions have not been met, so please take care when unpacking & repacking.
You can download here the Return form and just put it with the items you'd like to send us back, or, if you don't have a printer - it happens, we've all been there-, just fill the blanks and send it to us by email before shipping your products back.
You don't need to give us a reason why you are returning your lingerie, but we always appreciate hearing your thoughts.

The cost of returning an item is borne by you. When returning an item, you are responsible for goods until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost by mail in transit. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a traceable method that insures you for the full value of your goods.
What will happen next?
We will email you to confirm arrival of goods and will then endeavour to process your request for either a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
As stated above, we do not refund the cost of returning the items. However, we will refund you the delivery costs in the event of the return of all the items contained within the order that you had placed on our website. The delivery costs will remain borne by you in the case you only wish to return a part of the order that you had placed on our website.
In the case of an exchange of size or color, please do not forget to fill the Return form with the wished size and/or color: we will do our best to get it sent to you as soon as we can. In the event that the size or color you wish is not available anymore, we will proceed to the refund of the item(s) you've sent us back.
